Why LeTip of Parsippany works for me
LeTip gives me the opportunity to build relationships with other professionals. Having a group of trusted advisors is an important part of any business. These relationships are not only important for my existing clients, but also lead to new clients.
A little about myself
I focus my practice on taxation, estate planning and business transactions. I regularly advise owners of family-owned and closely held businesses on strategic tax planning, choice of entity, mergers and acquisitions, general commercial relationships, complex buy-sell arrangements and succession planning. I also advise clients on sophisticated estate matters and asset protection planning.
I am admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. Plus, I graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa, California, where I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Whittier Law Review and as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Justice William F. Rylaarsdam of the California Court of Appeal. I also hold an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
