Having owned many Volvo’s in my life, I don’t really need to be sold on the brand. What really impressed me was PJ Lee who skillfully explained all the latest bells and whistles that these cars come with. I would not hesitate to refer a friend or client to call him. Great presentation PJ.

Coming from the banking world years ago when I first began my career, I understood what it was to be the community bank and the importance of customer service. When I came in contact with Investors Bank, was once again introduced to that former style of banking where the customer felt like family and not just a number. Upon meeting Dot Butler at the local branch in Livingston, you felt the caring approach with the customer. Name recognition not only made you feel important, but welcome. Dot and her branch are friendly, always smile, always acknowledge you name and go out of your way to make you feel at home. When it comes to service, Investors Bank not only makes it convienent for the customer but has products that make sense and in this economy are stil totally free from business to personal checking.

Since Paymedia focuses on payroll services, having a portfolio of trusted advisors and resources is vitial to my client base. Through Business Insurance Planning, Elliot is able to offer us lines of insurance for the small to large business owner that they itherwise would not be able to find. He treat every customer like they were a big client, even if they are a small shop. His attention to detail is noticed by the customers I have referred him and his honesty excells to the point where if it doesn’t make sense, he will let the owner know. Not selling a service one might not need is a lost profession, but not for Elliot and Business Insurance Planning.

There are so many people who call themselves “financial planners” but when I met Luis I understood for the first time what the title meant. Luis is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to planning ones portfolio. When I begnan to work with Luis I wanted to just begin to start saving and investing outside of the normal work vehicles of 401k or Simple IRA’s. He not only was willing to work with the little captial I had, but worked with me as if I was a large client. Always available to discuss investment options and extremely informative when it came to understanding the goals of each investment; whether it was long-term and short-term. I have watched my assets increase over the year and look forward to a secured future thanks to Luis!

Many of my friends including myself had used store products in the past and even some products that touted their lines as “safe” and “pure” but when it came down to it most contained fillers and by-products that served no purpose and were even harmful.

When I met Anh and the line of products from Arbonne, I was skeptical but after hearing about all the benefits and pureness of them, I was impressed; also by how knowlegable she was about each. Trying them I realized immediately the impact they had on my daily skin care and also received compliment from others. This made it easy to refer them to her as well not only by results but by being able to refer them to someone so capable – a true expert with her products!

When it comes to the Payroll world at Paymedia, uptime is critical. Having Tri-State as a support partner allows us the peace of mind to know that they are not only always close by should we need their services, but Angelo and his support staff extremely competent and always professional. Not only can they service our hi-speed printers, but are there for desktop support and being able to do so much remotely means we can get help from them quickly!
